We're a father-daughter pair pursuing healthy lifestyles via different paths.

Daughter: I'm a teenager who prioritizes healthy eating and movement each day all while pursuing my first love, Jesus Christ.

Dad: I'm a runner preparing for the Boston Marathon, and I work 50 hour weeks, have a family, and want to serve Jesus Christ before all these other things.
