Chocolate Coconut Cream

   Hello again! This coming week I am planning to share a lot of desserts since it is the Holiday season. One of my favorite desserts to have is chocolate, so I decided to start off with a versatile, healthy chocolate recipe.

Prep time: 5 min. total time: 125 min.
Tools: spoon, bowl, and whisk
Serves: 3-4 as pudding or fills almost a whole pie crust

1/4 cup of 100% pure maple syrup
1/2 can of coconut milk
1 Tablespoon of Arrowroot powder
2 Tablespoons of 100% cocoa powder
Splash of 100% Vanilla extract

1. Mix maple syrup with coconut milk and add vanilla.
2. Mix in the arrowroot powder and then add the cocoa powder until it is completely smooth.
3. Place in the fridge for 2 hours until firm and serve as pudding with fruit, as a pie filling, or just eat it plain. Stores in fridge for 3-4 days.
